Shipping policy

All of our pieces are made by hand, often handmade-to-order. Please allow 1 to 10 business days for your order to ship. 

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

The delivery timeframe chosen during checkout reflects the estimated period for your package to arrive after it has been shipped.

Accuracy in providing your shipping address is crucial. We cannot be held accountable for items not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Orders returned as undeliverable will be re-shipped at the customer's expense upon request.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

We observe holidays, during which shipping does not occur.

All orders are dispatched with tracking. Responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient once confirmed as delivered by the courier. We are not liable for packages lost, stolen, or not collected post-delivery. For added security, request signature-required delivery by contacting us when you place your order.
