Return Policy

We welcome returns of items in their original, unworn condition, complete with original packaging, within 15 days from the delivery date. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase. Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns beyond this period cannot be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate a return, please contact support@ordonezle.com for a pre-paid return label. Our Customer Care team is available to assist you Monday through Friday.

Returns sent after the 15-day period will not be accepted. For your return, please provide us with the tracking number. We cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or stolen.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item following our return guidelines and place a new order for the desired product on our website.

Refunds

To process a refund, returned items must be sent to the address given by our customer service. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Allow 1-2 weeks upon our receipt of your return for the refund to be processed.

Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, subject to your bank's processing times.

Please be aware that all shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Only full-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be returned.
